I've been journaling for more than 5 years, and it's the most powerful habit I've added to my tool belt so far. Whenever I came across a great quote or an insightful article, I always found myself reaching for my journal and starting to write about that idea.
Sometimes I knew I needed to journal and get some ideas off of my chest, but I wasn't sure what to journal about or where to start.
And just like that, the idea hit me, a journaling newsletter. I thought it would be awesome to have a new idea delivered via email that I could read about and then journal about.
I looked online and couldn't find anything helpful. So I decided to create it myself.
Each week I send Prompted to hundreds and subscribers. Every edition includes a quote, some thoughts from myself about a new idea, and 3 journal prompts.
